Virginia Graham's Profile

Virginia Graham is Co-Founder & Director of Model Mortgages Pty Ltd & Youhomeloans and is a qualified financial planner. She is consulted by the Austereo MMM radio network on interest rates and has appeared on Channel Seven news and current affairs programs as well as the Channel 9 Today show. Virginia previously worked for ANZ Bank’s Treasury department as an interest rate dealer and for stockbroking firm Salomon Smith Barney. She has a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance, banking and business economics. A year ago, after noticing that technology had seemingly not progressed within the banking & finance industry at the rate of other industries and feeling we might be left behind, Virginia decided to build her own online loan processing system & document upload platform. Thus we created our new online system.

“My refinance with Model Mortgages went so smoothly, I was even traveling for work through a lot of the loan process and it didn’t slow things down. They were helpful, communicative and made everything so easy – Highly recommend, thank you!!!”

Model Mortgages got us through some major hurdles for our first property. They had the connections at the bank to get our application through in record time, and secured us a low interest rate.We have recommended them to several friends. What impressed me most was when they advised people that they were NOT ready. Some brokers don’t use any discretion and lock people into hard times. We went through MM for a second house two years after the first one, and will stick with them for all our mortgage matters.
